Last week, Exhibition Services completed a very successful stand design & build for Q-Med, a Galderma Division at the RCP in London.
During the initial client meeting in January, it was decided that to celebrate the 10th year of their event (Q-Med Academy) the stand should be something one-off. The brief was to create a timeline to reflect upon the last 10 years, whilst communicating their excitement for the future with their newly approved branding.
Our solution – a massive custom modular walling system clad in graphic. This would maximise their new branding but also create a picture gallery with the focus on framed prints of past events. The timeline concept was very strong, but the finished stand truly exceeded all of our expectations.
Much of the success was down to the excellent and very thorough preparation from our team, which made the construction and installation straight forward and allowed time for the necessary attention to detail. The end result was stunning and on hand-over the team didn’t have to say anything – the stand was already doing the talking, and induced feelings of excitement and nostalgia.
“Thank you for helping us to run such a successful event!” Jen Pain, Q-Med, a Galderma Division
“The Academy event was a very exciting and satisfying project to work on. The initial idea and brief was inspired, and paired with a fantastic team at Galderma and Clockwork Conferences, we were able to produce a display that was the focal point for the event.” Harry Patient, Project Manager, Exhibition Services
