Brief

At the beginning of 2016, The Phoenix Partnership (TPP) approached us to help them increase their visual presence at their programme of events.

With a total of 8 shows across the year, TPP needed to maintain a fresh look throughout the schedule whilst maintaining a recognisable and consistent design to help build their brand profile.

Method

We recommended our approved modular system beMatrix as the perfect solution.

This system allows us to replicate the design aesthetic or a custom stand without the associated price tag.

TPP chose to make an initial investment by purchasing their own stock of beMatrix which would allow them to create a series of designs to suit their various exhibition spaces and maintain a flexible design.

Results

The initial kit purchase has provided an impressive exhibition presence through 2016, 2017 and 2018 with only minor additional add-ons for TPP.

Through the use of Exhibition Services management services, each stand has undergone a full pre-build before heading to the show build, leaving TPP’s marketing team with complete peace of mind.

TPP has experienced the financial benefit of owning their own stock as they have not been subject to hire costs during this period.

Exhibition Services collaborated with us to ensure they developed a stand which encompassed all of our requirements. As a result we find that it stands out at the shows we attend, particularly due to the lighting and its height.
