Timelapse action

Every day at Exhibition Services we are making events happen at venues across the UK and Europe.

Here we are in timelapse action – taking an empty space at the SECC; working closely with contractors and exhibitors to help build this high profile annual medical event for our client the BAD.

Enjoy the high speed video journey as it captures shell scheme and electrical installations, high level rigging with cherry pickers, the laying of aisle carpets, as well as lots and lots of stand builders and creatives doing their stuff.

It’s all in a day’s work for us – or 5 days in this case (with a year’s planning beforehand!).

Who Do We Work With?

We collaborate with small and large organisations throughout the UK and beyond

British Association of Dermatologists

Case Study

For over 20 years our Event Services team has supported the British Association of Dermatologists with organisation of its Annual Meeting and every year has presented fresh challenges.

This year, it was Edinburgh’s turn to host the Meeting at the EICC, with the venue spread over 4 floors and 2 exhibition halls. The challenge was to devise a floorplan where footfall was maximised across both exhibition halls, ensuring all exhibitors had an equal flow of delegates.

Challenge Julie

Managing Director and Head of Operations Julie Finch has unparalleled experience in the exhibitions industry. She has been with the company for more than thirty years and leads the management of our high-profile medical meetings and conferences.

Working with the UK’s most prestigious, large-scale venues has given her a keen understanding of how to efficiently deliver client events to the highest possible standard.

She is also key to building relationships with our event contractors as well as the many smaller venues we're delighted to work with, such as the Royal College of Physicians.

Talk to Julie today to find out how she can help with your event brief.
